My services encompass the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, which includes but is not limited to overuse injuries, post-surgical recovery, joint-related issues, as well as discomfort in the lower back or neck. I also specialize in addressing sports-related injuries.

Have you ever embarked on a fitness regimen, only to find yourself injured and demoralized within a few weeks? I provide a comprehensive wellness evaluation to gauge your flexibility, strength, and movement patterns, aiming to identify any restrictions that should be addressed prior to commencing a new program. Following the assessment, I will devise a personalized plan and offer guidance on how to optimally tackle your fitness endeavor. I will continue to monitor your progress on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to make sure you are staying on track and reaching your goals.

As young athletes undergo continuous growth and development, they frequently experience imbalances that can increase the risk of injury. I provide a preseason athletic assessment designed to identify underlying issues related to flexibility, strength, and movement patterns that might affect their upcoming sports season. Following the assessment, I create individualized plans tailored to each athlete's needs. This assessment is most effective when conducted approximately two months before the start of the season. Additionally, it can be beneficial to perform a post-season evaluation to address any injuries that may have occurred during the season and to initiate retraining for the upcoming season.
